ST. PATRICK’S GAA CLUB NOTES
RIP Paddy Quilligan:
It is with deep regret St Patrick’s GAA Club learned of the sudden passing of our Club Chairman Paddy Quilligan.
Paddy was a very active Club Member until his untimely death and held many positions in the Club, Paddy will be sadly missed by all in St Patrick’s GAA Club. The work that Paddy did for the club through thick and thin was immeasurable and he will be forever remembered. The Club would like to pass on our sympathies to the Quilligan family at this time.
We will have an epitaph to Paddy in next weeks notes.

Congratulations to U14 girls who beat Athea in the Novice C final in LIT on Sunday afternoon. In testing conditions St Patrick’s played against a very strong wind in the first half. The team lined out as Nicola Mujwala, Ashling Phelan, Ellen O’Neill, Molly Walsh, Aoibh Hayes, Courtney O’Dwyer, Grace Hegarty, Laura Chambers, Kayla Mulcahy, Lily Cronin, Nadine Noonan, Abby McNamara and Katelyn Rodgers. Unfortunately missing on the day were Candice Moran & Megan Rochford. Congratulations again to players & coaches.

Well done and best wishes to St Patrick’s Calvin Moran, who has been named in the Limerick U20 football panel for the upcoming Munster Championship.
U10 Football.
St Patrick’s U10 football team have been busy in the past week. On Friday they travelled to Ballybricken to play the home team, Mungret and Claughaun in a very enjoyable blitz. On Monday evening they welcomed Na Piarsaigh to Rhebogue and once again had two teams playing against the Cahedavin side.
Huge credit to Shane Kiely who continues to do great work in both hurling and football with this group.
