Albert Shanahan
Last May 25th marked the 25th anniversary of Albert Shanahan’s senior inter-county Championship debut with Limerick with a win over Waterford in Thurles in 1997. Later the same year Albert picked up a National Hurling League winners medal with the Shannon siders along with fellow South Liberties stalwarts Declan and Mike Nash.
