Limerick GAA
Limerick Senior Hurlers are Munster Champions for a third year in a row and what a performance we got from these lionheart champions. John Kiely and his entire squad gave an epic performance to see Limerick achieve a 5 point victory. After a shaky first half from the treaty men which saw Tipperary lead by 10 points, Limerick started the second half with such determination, hunger and skill that has never been seen before. We saw scores and skill from the Treaty men that proved they are deserved Champions and will we ever forget that goal from Kyle Hayes that is surely justified as Goal of the Year! What pride we had
when we saw Clubman David Reidy emerge from the bench and also contribute to the scoreline. It was indeed a job well done! Huge Congratulations to all involved and we look forward to the next performance from these legends in the All Ireland Semi Final
