FDA Buster Race Night:
Please support Castletown/Ballyagran GAA FDA Buster Race Night at Limerick Greyhound Stadium by purchasing a ticket(s) for this fantastic €1000 Buster Race event. All proceeds go to our Field Development Association. Tickets cost €20 which includes entry to the Limerick Greyhound Stadium and a chance to win the €1000 prize money in the Buster Race. Gates open at 6.30pm. Tickets can be purchased from any of our ticket sellers. The Castletown Ballyagran FDA Buster Race will take place on Saturday, 26th March at the Limerick Greyhound Stadium. Junior Hurling Draw:
Castletown/Ballyagran have been drawn the play St. Patricks, Killeedy, Monagea, Ahane and Claughaun in the group stages of this year’s County Junior A Hurling Championship.
Last Man Standing:
Well done to the 109 players who have made it through to Round 4 of the last man standing competition. The deadline for team submissions for this weekend’s Round is 10am Saturday morning.
CTB GAA Club Lotto:
The numbers drawn for last week’s lotto draw for €7,500 on Thursday, 3rd March were 1, 2, 10 and 28 with no outright winner. Lucky dip winners were €50 – Ignatius & Anne Boyce, Rossmills; €20 – Bridget O’Sullivan, Castletown; €20 – Cian McNamara, Ballyagran (Online): €20 – Carmel O’Sullivan, Ballyagran (Online). Next Lotto draw for €7,600 will take place on Thursday, March 10th. The CLUB Limerick draw will resume on Saturday, 26th March. CPR/AED Training:
The Ballyagran Community Defibrillator committee are organising CPR/AED training which will take place in Ballyagran Community Hall on the 22nd or 24th March (TBC). If you are interested in booking a place, please contact Tony (087-1267131).
Ballyagran C.C. Split the Bucket:
Congratulations to Owen Farrell who won €315 in March’s Split the Bucket. The Camogie Club will hold their next draw for Split the Bucket on Tuesday, April 5th. You can purchase a ticket for just €2. Envelopes for the draw are available at the following shops: Dolans, O’Gorman’s Foodstore (Granagh), the Creamery, Carlos’s chipper, Donnellan’s Bar and Foley’s Bar. You can also do Split the Bucket online through the following link https://pay.myeasypay.com/myeasypay1.aspx?id=920. There is also a QR code that you can access with the camera on your phone which will take you directly to the online site. These are posted in the local shops.
