CAHERLINE GAA CLUB NOTES
CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner – numbers drawn were 4, 5, 8 & 24. Lucky dip winners were Martin Leonard, Mike O’Connell, Philis Long, Vincent & Sophie Enright and Shane O’Connell (online). Next week’s jackpot will be €4,500 and the draw will be held on Friday night via Facebook Live. As always, we appreciate everyone’s support. BRIAN BUTLER CUP: Great win for our lads last Wednesday night against Pallasgreen, the match played under lights in UL’s North Campus, another trophy in the cabinet for 2021! Final score, Caherline: 0-16 Pallasgreen: 1-11.
MUNSTER GAA HURLING JUNIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP: We will play Ballygiblin (Mitchelstown) in the Munster GAA Hurling Junior Club Championship semi-final this coming Sunday in Kildorrery at 1:30pm – we hope to see a big crowd there supporting the lads, it’s not too often days like this come around!
AGM 2021: Our Bord na nÓg AGM will take place on Wednesday December 15th at 8pm via MS Teams. All coaches and parents are asked to attend – a link to Teams will be sent out closer to the date. Our main AGM will then take place on Tuesday December 21st at 8pm via MS Teams. The main Club AGM is the most important meeting of the year and every effort should be made to attend.
