ST. PATRICK’S GAA CLUB NOTES
Gearoid Hegarty:
We have no better place to begin our notes this week than to congratulate the great Gearoid Hegarty ,on winning another national title on the steps of the Hogan stand in Croke Park. Gearoid had a brilliant game scoring three points from play. Limerick were crowned National hurling league champions and this means Gearoid has won a Fitzgibbon cup,All Ireland title,a World series in Boston and National hurling league title in just over twelve months.Well done Gearoid.
Intermediate Football Championship:
St Patrick’s will play two games in the Intermediate football championship this week, first up is Pallasgreen on Tuesday night at 8pm in Kilbreedy and Athea on Saturday at 6pm in Askeaton.After a decade in the senior ranks this team is determined to bounce back and build again. Best of luck to all involved for the week ahead.
County U21B Hurling Semi Final:
Southside Gaels will Play Templeglantine on Wednesday night, in Mick Neville Park, hoping to reach a county final.A win over Crecora after a replay in the City final will have the lads finely tuned.
Easter Camp:
St Patrick’s Gaa Club are delighted to announce that we will be running a Easter Hurling and Gaelic Football Camp from Monday Apr 15th to Thursday Apr 18th from 10am till 2.
The cost of the camp is €30 per player. Camp is open to boys & girls aged 6 to 13 yrs and you can register your child on the Monday morning from 9.30am in the field. New players are always welcome and bring a friend if they’re interested. Thanks.
Gaelic for Mother’s & Others Returns (G4MO)
