U10 Hurling/Football:
St Patrick’s U10 football team played three games against Claughaun on Tuesday and displayed great skill and teamwork once again. The future is very bright indeed for these young Saints. Well done to all.

Our U10 hurling team enjoyed a hugely enjoyable day at the Rathmore Gaa Grounds in Kerry on Sunday. Playing against a number of teams from across Kerry , our young St Patrick’s team were a credit to the club. Many thanks to the parents who travelled on the bus and also in cars to support the boys today.
Massive well done to all involved.

U6 Hurling:
A big day on Saturday for our U6 hurlers who took part in a blitz in Monaleen. Thanks to Monaleen who were super hosts, Newcastlewest and Ballybrown and to all our young St Patrick’s hurlers who played some fine hurling.

County Shield Victory for St Patrick’s Girls

Our U12s travelled to Cappagh GAA for their D Shield Final against St Senans. Having lost the toss the girls played with a strong breeze in the first half. Accurate scoring was required, however we were only a point up at half time. In the second half the class of the team really shone when they battled for every ball and played some outstanding passing football. The lead changed sides, however having slotted in a well worked goal, the lead was back with us. St Senans brought it back within a point, however it was to be our day.Final score 1.7 to 2.3.
Well done to all the girls, the coaches and all involved with the team. Thanks to the parents who have supported and travelled all season.
