Limerick GAA
Congratulations to both our County teams on reaching both Munster Senior Finals. Billy Lee and his men beat Tipperary in Thurles by 2 goals and will now face Kerry in the Final on May 28th. A massive congratulations to Rachel Kelly and Ruairí Bullman, who represented Knockea NS and Limerick at half time for the Primary Game. This is a huge achievement for these young people and one that will be etched in their minds forever.
Huge well done also to our County Hurlers who drew with Clare in Ennis last Sunday and will now face them again in the Munster Final on Sunday June 5th. Congratulations to Barry Nash who was named on the GAA Hurling team of the week following his performance against Tipperary the previous week and had another fine game against Clare last weekend.
