In the Minor Hurling Championship 3 teams finished on 6 points so in agreement with the clubs concerned a draw took place in Bulgaden on Monday evening.

Blackrock and Cois Laoi Gaels playoff and the winners meet Glenroe in the Semi Final of the A Competition.

The losers of the Blackrock V Cois Laoi Gaels play Bruff with the winners of this game playing Cnoc Dubh Gaels in the other of the A Semi Finals and the Losers going into the B Semi Final.

The two bottom teams in each group Croom and Kilmallock have a playoff of decide who plays in the B Semi Final Competition. The Winners of this game play the Losers of Blackrock / Cois Laoi Gaels V Bruff game in one of the B Semi Finals and Kilacolla Gaels V Dromin Athlacca are in the other of the B Semi Finals.

West Junior A Hurling Final

All roads lead to Tournafulla next Saturday at 3pm for the West Jnr A Hurling Final. This is surely a historic event with 2 South Divisional Teams, Kilmallock and Castletown Ballyagran playing to become West Jnr A Hurling Champions 2019. There were only 3 Junior A Teams in the South Division in 2019 and a decision was made early in the year to allow Castletown Ballyagran, Kilmallock & Staker Wallace play in the West Championship. It was never envisaged that 2 south teams would end up contesting the West Final but here we are and we wish both teams the very best of luck on Saturday and look forward to a good game.
