CITY EAST JUNIOR A HURLING LEAGUE: The Junior hurling team were no match for a good Mungret team in the City East Junior A hurling league in Pallas last Sunday evening. On a cold bitter evening the City side won on a scoreline of 3-16 to 2-7.
MUNSTER SCOR FINALS: Pallasgreen were double represented in the Munster Scor Na Nog Finals in Cashel last weekend. They participated in the Ballad Group and Instrumental Music categories. Even though no success came their way they performed excellently on the night.
CO MINOR HURLING; Congratulations to Tadgh Hourigan of Reask who is selected on the Limerick Minor hurling panel for the upcoming championship.
LADIES U19 FOOTBALL FINAL; Hard luck to the u19 ladies who were second best to Monegea in the U19 final in Martinstown last weekend, they were defeated on a scoreline by 2-5 to 2-13.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL LADIES: This team fought admirably with neighbours Oola last Sunday morning in Pallas. In a tight game Oola took the spoils by 3-2 to 1-3.
SCHOOLS HURLING FINALS: Well done to Jack McConnell Barna N.S. & James Bourke Cloverfield N.S. Who were part of the East Limerick Primary Schools team who beat West Limerick in the Sarsfield Cup Final recently. They will play the South in the Final on Thursday at 2pm in Bruff.
Very well done to Cathal McKenna from Nicker National School & Conor Lane Cloverfield N.S. who were part of the East Limerick hurling team that won the Mackey Cup recently.
