MERRY CHRISTMAS

Mungret St. Pauls would like to wish all our members, supporters, sponsors and community a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Our club lotto draw will take place on Tuesday 27 December next week.

MOVEMBER

Well done to all our supporters who took part in the Movember this year in aid of Milford Hospice. A total of €8201 was raised on the Go Fund me page which far exceeded our expectations. We are delighted to hear that Ken O’Connor raised a fantastic €1,336.30 which was presented to Milford Hospice over the weekend. This brought our total to €9537.30, Thank you so much to everyone that donated in any way to this exceptional charity. 

BRAY EMMETS 

Congratulations to Wicklows Bray Emmets who are the Lenister Intermediate Hurling Champions, our juvenile Chairman and under age coach, Breandan O’hAnnaidh is a former player of the club. They went on to play Monaleen in the Ireland Semi Final on Sunday. Our former Club member John McCarthy is actively involved with Bray Emmets who were taken down by Monaleen who now go forward to the Final.  

 

CAMOGIE:

Our U12/13s had their last training session of the year under lights in a crisp and foggy UL last Thursday night. A fantastic blitz was had followed by some amazing pizzas from our neighbours and sponsors Happy Dough Lucky that went down a treat! (thanks to Mike and Mary!!) What a year for such an amazing bunch of talented girls. See you all in 2023!
