Ireland Lights Up:
Ireland Lights Up starts in Killeedy GAA and Camogie Club. Wednesday 25th January between 7pm and 8pm. Registration at 6:50pm. We are looking forward to seeing everyone.
Just a few points to note in preparation for our first night:
– Participation is entirely free of charge and suitable for all the family.
– Registration at 6:50pm in the stand behind Complex. Every walker needs to register on a weekly basis for insurance purposes
– Although the walk track has lighting we recommend wearing a high vis and carrying a small torch
– Walking shoes with good grips are recommended.
-Gavin O’Reilly Fitness and Nutrition will get there each week for the warm up and a few gentle exercises.
We will have plenty of volunteers and a fantastic group of walking leaders present every night to ensure a safe and fun event for everyone.
So pop the date in your diary with a family member, friend or neighbour for a healthy and fun start to 2023!! #healthyclub
