They say It takes a parish to raise a child, well it took three parishes to raise this team – and what a team.! These twenty three players have proven how hard work, a thriving team spirit, player(and guardian) commitment to training, plus a drive to deliver from both player and management, will open opportunity to participate at the highest level..
Along with the win last Saturday against Doon, Killeedy-Tournafulla-Monagea U15s showed that they prepared, and learnt from hardened experience, the skill of unleashing an immediate exhibition of hurling intensity. Long after this weeks’ shield final, three parishes will benefit from the experience these players are gaining.
Well done boys..!
