MyLife GAA Healthy Clubs Steps Challenge Syn issues, please read the following:

Irish Life have had an overwhelming response to the initiative which unfortunately led to capacity issues on their system. They have increased the number of people working in the customer service team and have made some changes in the background to improve the performance of the app, they will continue to monitor and make upgrades over the coming days. They are here to help rectify any issues that participants may be having. We have created the attached FAQ as a support tool so that some may be able to self-diagnose their issues. For others who are still experiencing difficulty we are asking them to contact us – Go to the settings in the app, tap on MyLife Support and then contact us.

For every participant there are a couple of things to check:

*Have only one tracking device connected to the app – majority of queries we have had are for people with multiple connections

*Sync your wearable or app with its parent app first of all – so if it’s a Fitbit sync with the Fitbit app first and then open MyLife

*If steps don’t update automatically do not disconnect and reconnect the wearable, only activity from the time you reconnect will be taken into the app

*It can take 24 hours in some cases for the app to update
