Blackrock were off the mark first but bouncers found the back of the net in the 5th minute. By the first water break Bouncers were down by one, Bouncers 1.3 – Blackrock 1.4. Both teams tacked on a few points and half time saw the Bouncers ahead by 3. 1.10 to 1.7.
Blackrock started the 2nd half the strongest, getting 5 points on the trot to go 2 points up. Bouncers got the next point and both teams traded scores for most of the way through the 2nd half, however Bouncers finished strongest getting the last 4 points of the game to win by 4.
Final score Bouncers 2.20 – Blackrock 2.16.

Split The Pot is our new weekly fundraiser. You can enter by putting your name and contact number on an envelope and placing €2 inside.
Envelopes are available to the community in Meade’s shop, creeds shop, Kathleens, the co op, The Hill bar, Fogarty’s bar, The Welcome inn, Credit union, Hinchys, Dooley’s, Optp and The Magnet. Envelopes are available at underage training on Monday evenings from 7pm
Available to play online until 6.30pm on day of draw
The draw is held every Monday night after underage training approx 8.15pm. Half of the money entered into the draw is given in prize money and the other half goes to club.
We thank you all for your continued support of this fundraising initiative, it is very much appreciated.
MAYORS VISIT
On Sunday evening the Mayor of Limerick Michael Collins along with Councillor Michael Donegan presented a framed scroll to Committee members to thank the club for their assistance in the community during the Covid pandemic. Chairman Frankie Carroll accepted the scroll on behalf of the club in the company of fellow officers

Garryspillane/Galbally Cup Camp – We have 8 places left in our Kellogg’s Cul Camp for 2021.

Garryspillane GAA Club helps to create a sense of local identity and is an important social outlet for many of its members, players, supporters as well as the community. The Club has a long tradition, and it is hoped that we can continue that well into the future. The development of young players and our drive to provide top-class facilities are vital to ensure the club will be here for many years to come. Registration & Membership are a vital part of ensuring the club’s continued success and development. Whether you are a player, coach, supporter, parent of a player or member of the wider community, we welcome all new members.The monies received are funnelled towards: the maintenance of facilities, playing equipment, gym equipment, affiliation fees, insurance, utility bills, team preparation and other administrative costs.
