Upcoming Fixtures

County U21 Football Championship

Fr. Caseys Vs Mungret – Saturday November 30th in Ballingarry at 2pm

County U21 Football Championship

Fr. Caseys 2-10 Adare 1-06

Fr. Caseys u/21 footballers travelled to Mick Neville Park last Tuesday night to take on Adare in round 3 of the county championship. With 1 win from 2 starts, the Abbeyfeale men knew victory over Adare would give them a place in the county quarter finals. Adare who recently contested the county senior final would start as favourites but Fr. Caseys picked up where they left off the previous week against St. Kierans and our young team once more dug deep to give a very positive account under lights. The final scoreline might have been generous but with 7 points to spare Fr. Caseys marched to victory at the final whistle and with one more group game against Mungret this Saturday November 30th they have accomplished step one and qualified. With Na Piarsaigh, Monaleen and Newcastle West all setting the pace, Fr. Caseys still have plenty of improvements to make but Maurice, Sean and Keith definitely have them moving in the right direction
