BLACKROCK GAA CLUB NOTES
There was no winner of the club lotto held on 21st November, the numbers drawn were 7 9 23 28. The €40 went to Helen Gleeson, Vale View, promotor Breda Walsh, the €20 went to Lily and Jack Moloney, promotor Brendan O’Brien, Elaine Downes, Kilfinane, Promotor Centra, Dolly Williams, Ardpatrick, promotor Harry’s, Edmund Tobin, Ballinvreena, promotor Brendan O’Brien.
On Thursday 28th November the lotto will be held in the Greenwood Inn for a jackpot of €9,200.
Congratulations to Jimmy Quilty who received his munster U18 county hurling medal recently Well done Jimmy.
The Club AGM will be held on the 9th December at 7.30 in the Parish hall in Ardpatrick. All welcome, members can download the nomination papers and motion forms from the Blackrock GAA facebook page or from the club website at www.BlackrockGAA.com. Closing date for nomination forms is 6pm on Monday 2nd December.
The victory dinner dance will be held on 3rd January in the Woodlands Hotel. Tickets are €35 for dinner with dancing to Footloose afterwards, followed by disco with Neil Hennessy.
