LAST MAN STANDING
The players are organising a club fundraiser called Last Man Standing. The prize money is €1,000. All entries are in and if you were successful with your team last weekend, you will receive a text for your team this week. Best of luck to everyone entering.
Club Registration
Club registration night is due to take place on Friday 11th March. More details will follow in the coming weeks.
Referee Recruitment
Limerick GAA are looking to recruite referrees. If you interested in becoming a referee please contact Patsy Coffey 087 9160344 and Mike Sexton 087 9188375 asap so courses can be scheduled.
Limerick Fixtures
Limerick Senior Hurling team will play on Saturday February 27th against Cork in Limerick at 3.45pm in the 3rd round of the Allianz Hurling League campaign.
The Limerick Footballers played Louth last Sunday in UL and were unlucky to lose by 2 points.
Book Astro Turf
Anyone that would like to book the Astro turf/ Ball Wall for a session can do so on line under www.feohanaghcastlemahongaa.ie or contact the club secretary John Quaid on 086 1714920.
It is €70 an hour.
Club Gear
All training gear can be bought online. Training tops, hoodies, tracksuits, jackets, shorts and socks. You can pick up everything you need on O’Neills website. Order online through O’Neills – http://www.oneills.com . Just find the GAA section and click on Club and Feohanagh/Castlemahon club gear is there.
Club Lotto
Last weeks draw took place and the jackpot was €1,500. The numbers drawn were 6, 13, 30, 31.

Opening Ball Wall and Astro Turf
Last Friday evening was the official opening of the Ball Wall and Astro Turf. Not even storm Eunice could keep the crowd away for this occasion. A plaque was unveiled for our dear friend and former Chairman Pat O’Brien by his 2 daughters Keelin and Clara O’Brien. The Astro turf and ball wall facility was blessed by Fr Duggan and Fr Cussen. Light refreshments were served in the complex afterwards and it was lovely to see everyone enjoying the chat together. Thanks to everyone who turned up on the night even though the weather was so bad and also thanks to all the people that helped out to make the event run so well.

Limerick Development draw 2022
If you would like to renew or update your membership for 2022, please follow the link https://limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw-signup/ and select Feohanagh/Castlemahon club and the number of draws that you with to sign up for. Feohanagh Castlemahon GAA will be involved in the Limerick Development Draw again for 2022. The entry into the draw is €100 for the year. This is €10 a month from March 2022. We would like to thank

Field Committee
The field committee to look after the facilities at Quaid Park Coolyroe are as follows: Noel O’Mahony, Mike O’Brien Jnr, Diarmuid Creedon, Jerry Noonan, Mike King, Des Roche, Dave Cremin, Gearoid Sexton, Damien Sexton, Conor O’Sullivan, John Lynch and John Kenny. There is an online app for coaches to book their time for training sessions. All coaches have been given the login details. A huge Thank you to all the club volunteers who are working tirelessly at the field every chance they get. There is wonderful progress being made at the field and the club really appreciate all the time that you give and hard work that you do.
Garda Vetting & Safe Guarding
All our coaches who will be involved with children up to the age of 18 years old have to be Garda Vetted and Safe Guarded. It is an easy process to go through. Garda Vetting services are available to any person over 16 fulfilling a role of responsibility with children. Consent from a parent/Guardian shall be required for applicants between 16 & 18 years of age. If you have any problem please contact our Child Welfare Officer Marie Field.
Ladies Football Split the POT
Our draw took place last Wednesday evening and Mary Hough collected the winnings of €352 for her sister Caroline Brouder. Congratulations to this weeks winner Eileen and Noel Cronin Cooliska Castlemahon on winning last weeks jackpot of €334. The next draw will be held on Wednesday 23rd February.
