FEOHANAGH/CASTLEMAHON GAA CLUB NOTES

Last Monday night the club lotto was held in Coolyroe Sports Complex. The jackpot was 5600 and there was no winner. The lotto numbers drawn were 21, 23, 26, 30

The lucky dip winners are Moira Fitzgibbon Coolyroe Seller J Fitzgibbon, Yvonne Kennedy Castlemahon Seller T Kennedy, Tommy Butler Castlemahon Seller T Butler, Denis O’Carroll Dromcollogher Seller C O’Brien, Eileen Reidy Belville Seller F Reidy, Paddy Sexton Curragh Seller T McCoy. The xmas draw winner this week was John McEnery Fanlehane seller J McEnery.

Next weeks jackpot will be 5700 and the draw will be held in Coolyroe Sports Complex. The Promoters prize winner was Bridget Quaid Feohanagh . Thanks to everyone for their continued support. Last Man Standing Fundraiser

The Adult club players are holding a Fundraiser called the LAST MAN STANDING. Competition starts on English Premier League Gameweek 8. Your first selections need to be in by 8pm on Thursday November 5th. 10 euro buy-in must be paid before week 1. Contact any adult club player for details on how to enter. Prize money for last man standing is 1000 euro.

COVID-19 Update

All club matches and training are suspended until further notice as per the guidelines outlined under level 5 in the Governments National Framework for living with COVID 19.

Please note that everyone that will be involved in teams or in the club will have to fill out the Health Questionnaire form or have it filled out for them before they return to any activity in the club.

Dressing rooms

Please note that dressing rooms are not open at the moment so please come to the field ready to play. Also please bring your own water bottle to training.

Limerick Development draw

The CLUB Limerick Draw took place on October.. The club had no winners this month

If you would like to renew or update your membership, please follow the link https://limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw-signup/ and select Feohanagh/Castlemahon club and the number of draws that you with to sign up for, (there are 4 draws remaining). Feohanagh Castlemahon GAA is involved in the Limerick Development Draw again for 2020. The entry into the draw is €100 for the year. This is €10 a month from June 2020 to January 2021. We would like to thank everyone that continues to support the draw. We really appreciate all your support. Work in Coolyroe

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered in Quaid Park Coolyroe over the last number of weeks . There has been an amazing amount of work being carried out in the field by a wonderful group of people who have given up their time to improve our facilities. Thanks again to all involved.

Garda Vetting

All our coaches who will be involved with children up to the age of 18 years old have to be Garda Vetted. It is an easy process to go through. Garda Vetting services are available to any person over 16 fulfilling a role of responsibility with children. Consent from a parent/Guardian shall be required for applicants between 16 & 18 years of age. If you have any problem please contact our Child Welfare Officer Marie Field.

Limerick Draw

The Limerick draw will take place in December due to the Covid-19 restrictions..

Limerick Hurling

Congratulations to Seamus Flanagan and the Limerick Hurlers on winning the All Ireland Munster hurling Semi final against Tipperary in Cork .They will now play Waterford in the Munster Hurling Final in 2 weeks time.

Limerick Football

Congratulations to Michael Fitzgibbon and the Limerick Football team on beating Waterford last Saturday and they will now play Tipperary in the Munster Football semi final next weekend. .
