FEDAMORE GAA CLUB NOTES

County Final – Saturday December 21st

Congratulations to the Ballybricken/Bohermore/Fedamore team that qualified for the County U21 Football A final with a hard fought win against Bruff/Banogue last Saturday night. The county final is on Saturday December 21st at 7pm in Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale. We wish the best of luck to all players and management in the final. After coming through a tough divisional campaign, the lads are deservedly in the final and your support on the sidelines would be appreciated.

GOAL Mile

The Annual GOAL mile will take place on Christmas Day at Fedamore GAA field at 11.30am sharp. The GOAL Mile is held at Christmas, in villages, towns and cities across Ireland. Now in its 36th year, the event sees tens of thousands of people run, jog or walk a mile to raise funds and awareness for GOAL. Fedamore GAA are proud to facilitate such an event and are delighted that GOAL CEO Siobhan Walsh will be there again this year support the event.

Fedamore GAA Lotto

There was no winner of the jackpot which is now worth €13,700. The lucky dip winners of €25 each were John Paul Lawlor, Anthony Manning, Alice McGinley and Anne & Mike Dwyer.

The CHRISTMAS DRAW is on Sunday December 22nd in Dempsey’s at 7pm. Live music from 8-10pm. All online, DD and weekly players will be included in the draw for spot prizes. If you would like to sponsor a spot prize please feel free to do so.

Christmas Movie Night

Thanks to all the parents, kids and supporters of the Christmas Movie Night held in the community centre last week which was followed by a visit from Santa.

Finally, we would like to wish a safe, Merry and Happy Christmas to all friends and supporters of Fedamore GAA.
