JUNIOR HURLING: Congratulations to Doon who defeated Fedamore 1-15 to 0-12 to win the East Junior B hurling championship on Sunday afternoon it was a highly competitive game played before a large attendance.
Thanks to Cappamore for the use of the field and to referee John Scully and his officials
Sean Mckenna of the East Board presented the trophy to Doon captain Jason Ryan.
East Board wishes both clubs the very best of luck in the county quarter finals.
Player of the match for the East Junior B final is from the Doon club Michael McKenna.
East Board secretary Maria Ownes presented the trophy and voucher to Michael.
