This was a very tight game with Adare getting two goals in the game one each half to leave five points between the sides at end of the game. Our boys a good performance on the day and unlucky to lose on the night played down in Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale, in the 3G pitch.
Adare scored the first two points of the game and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next two points, and these points came from Jack Pierce from a free and Brian Stack from play. Adare scored next pointed free and then Brian Stack replied with a point for Dromcollogher/ Broadford to bring sides back on level terms for the second time during the game. Adare scored the 1-1 of the game with 15 minutes gone in the game Adare lead by four points at the water break and then Killian Cahill replied with a point for Dromcollogher/ Broadford to leave a goal between the sides. Adare scored the next two points before the break to lead by five points and then James Molyneaux scored next point to leave four points between the sides at the break. To leave the score at half-time Adare 1-6 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-5.
Adare scored the next two points to leave six points between the sides and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next with four of these points coming from Jack Pierce and the two other points coming from James Molyneaux and Brian Stack to bring sides back on level terms for the third during the game. Adare scored the last 1-2 of the game to win by five points on the night. To leave the score at full-time Adare 2-10 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-11.

Dromcollogher/ Broadford received a walkover on Thursday morning last from Cappamore to secure our place in the Quarter Final with our challengers to being know later during the week ahead.
Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw
The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 29-11-2021, and the numbers were: 16, 20, 21, 28. There was no winner of Jackpot at €4,200 and there was no winner of match three at €100 and the Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Una Noonan, Dromcollogher and Ger Meaney, Dromcollogher and next week’s draw will take place on this coming Monday 06-12-2021, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot will be going up to €4,300 and the Match Three will be staying at €100.

Christmas Draw Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA will this week launch their Annual Christmas Draw.
The total prize money for this draw is €3000.
Three draws will take place December starting on this coming Sunday the 5th of December.
The success of this draw is vital for the club to pay our 2021 expenses and start 2022 on a good footing. Your support as always is very much appreciated.

New Defibrillator and Defibrillator Training
On behalf of Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA we would like to thank everyone that contributed to our fundraiser to purchase our new defibrillator and heated storage box. We now have a new LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator stored in a heated Defibstore 4000 Polycarbonate box, and it is positioned on the front wall of our clubhouse. Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA would like to train all our community in how to use the defibrillator, especially given what has happened in recent times. We think everyone should avail of this opportunity.
