Junior B Hurling:
Last Saturday saw our Junior B’s return to competitive action after a hiatus of a few years. We were away to Knockainey in the 1st round of the South League. Knockainey dominated the first half with the aid of the breeze and we went in at half time 5 points down. Croom upped the ante in the second half and clawed our way back to 3 pioints. We had a few goal chances but Knockainey scored their third goal mid way through the second half to keep that cushion and despite plenty of attacking endeavour, they ran out winners on a scoreline 3.09 to 0.14.
.
U16s:
Our U16s play Dromin/Athlacca/Banogue at home in the football championship on Monday May 6th at 7.30pm.
Commemorative Plaques in the Clubhouse:
We are delighted to launch our fundraising plaque initiative for the clubhouse. This is a plaque that you can have personalied with names dedicated to your family or loved ones maybe with a short message. The plaques will be on display together in the hall upstairs in the clubhouse. It is a nice gesture to remember those close to you while at the same time helping to fund the clubhouse
