Croom GAA club is looking for new volunteers to help re-energise and drive our club into the future. Our recruitment drive begins with the most basic unit of voluntary commitment which is ‘One Hour’. This is the shortest time per week during which one person can make a difference. While it might appear a small amount, lots of one hour voluntary commitments can add up. The three main rewards people get from volunteering are the satisfaction of seeing the results, the feeling of doing good and meeting people. Research has found the main reason for not volunteering is that people were not asked in the first place. Well now you have been asked! If you are reading this we would love you to get involved! So why not give it a go? Your club and community needs you, even for one hour per week! If interested, please contact our club chairman Richie O’Kelly to see what area of the club you might like to get involved in .
Lotto- Numbers drawn 18,23,26,30 .No jackpot winners. Lucky dips- Mar Lawlor c/o M Cahill, Hartnett family Glenma, Sheila & Teresa Cahill, Natalie c/o Tangneys, Cahill’s c/o Sheila .Next draw is on in Hickeys with a jackpot of €4500 .Thanks to all those who support our draw and other fundraising efforts.
Happy Christmas and Thank You:
Croom GAA club would like to thank everyone who contributed to our club in 2019.
