Our junior hurlers have a busy week this week with an all county league game against Askeaton in Crecora on Bank Holiday Monday 3rd June at 7.30pm followed by round 2 of the City junior championship against Ballybrown this Saturday 8th June at 7pm in Mungret. All support welcome.

Our under 14 hurlers narrowly went down to Kildimo-Pallaskenry last Wednesday on a 3-6 to 3-3 scoreline. Meanwhile the footballers suffered a heavy 6-15 to 2-1 defeat to a strong Claughaun side. They have a week’s break before football and hurling matches against Knockainey and Killacolla Gaels respectively the following week.

Best of luck to all club players who will start their Leaving Cert and Junior Cert exams on Wednesday. Go n-éirí an t-ádh libh.
