As Limerick bid to win their ninth All Ireland Senior Hurling Title, we take back at the previous winning finals.
Limerick won their first Title when they were represented by Kilfinane, captained by Denis Grimes they won the All Ireland Final played in Tipperary town on 20th. November 1898.

In 1918, Limerick represented by Newcastle West brought the second All Ireland Senior Hurling Title to the County captained by William Hough they won the Final played in Croke Park on 26th. January 1919.
