The following is taken from the GoFundMe page for 32 counties in 24 hours in memory of Mikey.
On the 18th of February 2020 we lost a dear friend – Mikey Doran. He was known all over limerick and further afield for his talented bar skills and kind ways. This year on the 9th of July we are travelling 32 counties in 24 hours in his memory we hope to raise as much as possible for the Irish Heart Foundation and keep his memory well and truly alive please donate as little or as much as possible every little helps
The link to the fundraising page can be found on Facebook. Mikey played GAA with Camogue and was a loyal supporter when not playing. He also had a fine underage career with Bruff in both hurling and football. RIP Mikey
