JUNIOR A HURLING: Our Junior A’s hosted Ahane on Caherconlish last Sunday evening, in Round 3 of this years league – goals in the first half from Andrew Brennan & Peter Tiernan saw us take a 3 point lead in at half time, 2-07 to 0-10. Ahane were tough opponents and we found it tough to pull away from them, but goals from Bernanrd Kennedy & a second for Andrew Brennan saw us across the line, final score Caherline 4-15, Ahane 0-22. TEAM: D Crosse, S Whelan, P O’Keefe, E Balfry, D Casey, B Hourigan (0-02), D Murnane, T O’Keefe, K Wixted (0-01), E Nelligan (0-01), Js Enright, Jk Enright (0-02), P Tiernan(1-00), A Brennan (2-08), B Kennedy (1-01). SUBS: M Moloney, W Hourigan, W O’Keefe. Next up is the Brian Butler Cup semi-final on Tuesday evening against Doon, the match to be played in Kilteely at 7pm. And next up in the League is an away game to Kilteely on Bank Holiday Monday next at 7pm.

JUNIOR B HURLING: Out Junior B’s had two games in the last week & in both games, put up scores that would have won them games on other days. First up was a home game against a strong Doon team on Tuesday April 23rd, Doon taking the win 5-15 to 2-11. Then last Saturday evening in a breezy Pallasgreen, the hosts beat us by a goal, 4-17 to 3-17. Next up for the lads is a home game against Fedamore, scheduled for Sunday May 5th at 6:45pm.

MINOR HURLING: Our Minor match against Kildimo-Pallaskenry was called off last Friday evening, due to storm Hannah. The lads are out this coming Friday evening, away to Southside Gaels – currently due to be played in Claughaun at 6:45pm.

U-16 HURLING: Our U-16’s are in action on Monday evening at home to Blackrock, with a 6:30pm throw-in.

U-12 HURLING: Well done to our U-12’s, who played a great game against a very strong Na Piarsaigh team last Thursday evening. Panel on the day was F Horgan, C O’Connor, C Partridge, A Murnane, R Moloney, B Madden, O Heelan, S Tiernan, C O’Dwyer, E Martin, R Hehir, C Tiernan, S Casey, O McCarthy, O Horgan, M Ryan, C Casey, J Gavin, M Hehir, M Hourigan. Our boys & girls are not out again until Thursday evening May 9th at 6:45pm, when they travel to Kilmallock.

CLUB LIMERICK DRAW: The first CLUB Limerick Draw of 2019 took place last Saturday morning – huge congratulations to John Byron, Caherconlish, coming out with the top prize – well done John, from all at Caherline Gaa!
