CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner – numbers drawn were 2, 11, 15 & 26. Lucky dip winners were Daniel Carroll, Deirdre Cronin (Online), Michael O’Kelly (Online), Eoin Nelligan (Online) and St Aible’s Staff Caherconlish (Online). Next week’s jackpot will be €9,100 and the draw will be held on Friday night via Facebook Live. As always, we appreciate everyone’s support. SPONSORED WALK: Our sponsored walk will take place next Monday October 31st, starting at 12 noon from the Millennium Centre, returning there afterwards for refreshments. Sponsorship cards have been given out through our coaches and for those outside of the parish, we have a GoFundMe page up and running, the link is available on our social media sites. We’d appreciate everyone’s support for this fundraiser, we know how generous the people of this community can be. If you don’t have access to a card or the GoFundMe page, donations can be given to any club officer.
U-17 HURLING: Our Division 3 Shield Final has been fixed for next Saturday morning, October 29th, at 10am in Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale. Very best of luck to players & coaches.
U-21 HURLING: Our game against Dromin-Athlacca due to be played on Sunday has been pushed out, new fixture details due later in the week. We’re down to play St Patrick’s next Sunday morning in Rhebogue at 12 noon.
U-13 HURLING: Our U-13’s wrapped up their season over in Cappamore on Sunday, in the Slieve Felim tournament, playing Cappamore, Crecora & Sean Treacys. We had 3 very competitive games in the group stages and with 2 draws & a win, we got through to the Cup Final against Sean Treacys. That was a dinger of a game too, very even throughout, but it was Sean Treacys who took the win by a single point. Our lads were disappointed of course, but we couldn’t ask anymore of them, they hurled very well all day.
