U-13 HURLING: Missing a few regulars last week, but delighted we could give everyone available a run, we travelled to Banogue to play Dromin-Athlacca-Banogue. We had to go 13-a-side by request of DA before throw-in, and sometimes that doesn’t suit a team that isn’t ready for it! It ended up being a game where it got away from us in the first half, but we fought back brilliantly in the second half, only for the last 5 mins to get away from us again…but delighted with the effort of the lads all game. Final score Dromin-Athlacca-Banogue 4-08, Caherline 2-06. FIXTURES: Tuesday June 28th, our U-19’s welcome St Kieran’s to Caherconlish, throw-in at 7:30pm. Football takes over then for the rest of the week, so it’s Monday July 4th before huring returns, with our U-15’s travelling back to Croom for a 7pm start.
