Captain Paudie Leahy scored 11 points, Ruairi O’Shaughnessy and Daithi Heffernan scored 2 each and Dave Moloney, Kevin Palmer, and Adrian Cooke scored a point each. We were ahead all through the match with Kildimo finally drawing level in the 3rd minute of injury time. We went down to 14 men in the 48 minute and fought hard to hold on for a draw. Well done to the team and management on a fine performance, huge credit is due to the 32 man panel and backroom team for the hard work put into to achieve this display.

Many thanks to our sponsors and everyone who wished us well personally or through the features in the papers. Thanks to Pat Moloney, John Mortell and Tom Murphy who have been photographing our teams and events throughout the year. It is lovely to have the memories.

A huge thanks to all our fantastic supporters at the final on Sunday and throughout the year. The noise and colour was amazing, adding to the atmosphere at the match. Thanks to Niamh O’Shaughnessy for the suggestion to pick a section for our Supporters to sit and create this atmosphere, colour and noise. So again the next day we are saying section 107 or thereabouts (may change on the day if the section is full, will keep ye updated on facebook). Bring the colour and the noise.
