The minor hurlers played Bruff in the playoff replay on Monday night the 30th September, winning on a scoreline of 5 17 to 3 12. Well done to all. There was no winner of the club lotto held on 25th September. The numbers drawn were 4 7 9 19. The €40 went to John J Ryan, Elton. Promotor Centra. The €20 lucky dips went to Dom Hayes, Martinstown, Promotor Breda Walsh, Tom and Carmel Murphy, Ardpatrick, Promotor Carmel Murphy, Brid and Marguerite, c/o Centra, Peter O’Sullivan Promotor Breda Walsh. On Wed 2nd October the lotto will be €8000 in McGraths Bar.

Well done to the U6 hurling team who won all their matches in a blitz in Knockainy, and the u14 girls winning the Charleville inter club tournament. All the under age camogie and bord na nOg teams are going well currently. Well done to all.

Hard luck to the u12 boys who lost the hurling county final to Feohanagh Castlemahon.
