There was no winner of the club lotto held on 6th June. The numbers drawn were 3 8 16 21. The €40 went to Fr Chris O’Donnell, Adare, Promotor Centra

The €20 went to Mike Heffernan, Main St Kifinane, Promotor John Walsh, Alice Carroll, Vale View, Promotor Brendan O’Brien, Margaret O’Sullivan, St Anns Tce, Promotor Centra. Eileen O’Dwyer, Balllyguillane, Promotor Greenwood Inn.

Next week the lotto is on in O’Shaughnessys Bar, for a jackpot of €5,600.

Well done to the Junior B hurlers who have reached the South Final by beating Dromin Athlacca 1 19 to 2 08. The final will be against Garryspillane.

The Premier Intermediates beat Bruff on Friday last in the All County league on a score line of 2 20 to 2 11.

Well done to Kilfinane National School who won the South final in the schools competition.

It was a good day for all Limerick fans on Sun when the Limerick Senior hurlers beat Clare by 15 points, 1 28 to 0 13. Richie McCarthy remains involved as he recovers from injury. The Limerick Minor hurlers also beat Clare on a score line of 16 points to 13. Jimmy Quilty lined out at left half back, well done Jimmy.

The Limerick Senior Camogie team play Offaly in Round 1 of the championship in the Gaelic Grounds on Saturday next 15th at 5pm, best of luck
