BALLYLANDERS GAA CLUB NOTES

SENIOR LEAGUE
Our senior footballers have maximum points after the opening two rounds of the South division of the league after impressive wins over Oola & neighbours Galbally on Monday evening.
Last Tuesday evening saw us begin the new season at home to Oola in a tight tough battle where a brace from Eoin Walsh in the second half proved to be the difference, full time score was Ballylanders 2-11 to Oola’s1-08.
On Monday evening we made the short journey to Galbally and the goals where the difference again with Jimmy Barry Murphy (2), Mark O’Connell, Eoin Walsh & Eamon O’Mahony all finding the net in a 5-08 to 1-10 victory. Its good to see such a big panel of players togged out each night & to see our younger lads getting some valuable experience. Next up is another local derby vs Galtee Gaels on Tuesday June 22nd at 7:30pm.
