BALLYBROWN GAA CLUB NOTES
Congratulations to Bobby Smith who represented Ballybrown in midfield on the under 16 Limerick football team on Saturday and who were overall winners of the Leinster cup in Laois
U21 Semi Final – The result on Sunday was not what we hoped for. Another match which wouldn’t be good for the heart. Super proud that these lads fought to the end in what’s the last match of the season. They absolutely gave it their all and that’s all we can ask as supporters.
Well done to all the juveniles and coaches who braved the cold for the last Friday night of winter training.
Many thanks again to everyone involved for a successful few weeks – the coaches, players, parents, Ballybrown adult players, Limerick players and our sponsors. All players at winter training were given a Hurley grip tonight which we purchased from AG Sports, Aaron was good enough to deliver them himself and threw in a few extras. Hope you all thawed out and are settled in snug for the toy show – Happy Christmas
