Ahane OsKaRs Update
This week saw the last of the Oskar rehearsals take place before filming commences next weekend!
The cast of Love/Hate held their Road Hurling Fundraiser on Saturday October 5th and despite the poor weather conditions a great crowd turned up and had great fun! All competitors and supporters gathered together in Herberts afterwards for a raffle with fantastic prizes including a signed Limerick kit from Dan Morrissey! Congratulations to the overall winners of the Road Hurling, Kevin Keehan, Shane Fitzgerald, and Tadgh Selvin. Huge thank you to everyone who braved the conditions to support the cause and to Herberts for holding the raffle and the refreshments!
The next Oskar fundraiser is being run by the casts of Sister Act and the Snapper and it is a Fun Table Quiz on Friday 11th October in Ahane GAA Clubhouse starting at 8:30pm. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
Ahane senior Camogie – County Final 13th October
Very best of luck the senior camogie team as they will attempt to reclaim their crown when they take on Newcastlewest on Sunday 13th October in Bruff at 1:00pm.
