AHANE GAA CLUB NOTES

Golf Classic 2021
We held our Annual Golf Classic on Thursday afternoon and Friday. We had two great days in Castletroy Golf Club, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teams, and sponsors who supported our Golf Classic, we appreciate it greatly! Huge thank you and well done to our hard-working committee who put in the long hours both before our golf classic and over the two days of the classic. A special thank you to our Chairperson Colm Barry who put in serious work to ensure that the golf classic was a huge success! You can find all the photos and winners on our social media pages.
U11’s v Kilmallock
Ahane U11’s took on Kilmallock on Monday evening in Mackey Park. Throw in was 8pm and the rain came down for the first half making for some slippy conditions. Some great hurling from our lads saw Ahane come out on top. It was wonderful to see some great passing play and teamwork. Well done to the team who have worked hard on their skills and to the coaches for all the effort put in with the children. Find all the photos on the Bord na nOg Facebook page.
