The Bouncers 90s Hurlers Reunion 2nd April 2022
A reunion for our 90’s hurlers who contested 3 county finals in a decade, winning 2 intermediates. We are having a night in The Welcome Inn, Garryspillane on Saturday 2nd April starting at 8.30pm. Finger food will be provided on the night. This is a great opportunity for all to reconnect and have a drink and a chat. Looking forward to seeing you all there. All welcome.
Facility Maintenance

Garda Vetting & Safe Guarding
All our coaches who will be involved with children up to the age of 18 years old have to be Garda Vetted and Safe Guarded. It is an easy process to go through. Garda Vetting services are available to any person over 16 fulfilling a role of responsibility with children. Consent from a parent/Guardian shall be required for applicants between 16 & 18 years of age. If you have any problem please contact our Child Welfare Officer Caroline McGrath

Scór
Unfortunately, the deadlines for the Scór na nÓg and Scór na bpaistí competitions were upon us before we were able to get interested participants organised for this year’s competitions. We were given very short notice to get organised this year. Apologies to all interested participants on this. We will endeavour to have participants in these competitions from next year, when we can be more organised.
However, the deadline for participants to enter the Scór Sinsir competition is in May. We would love to enter interested participants in the following events:
-Ceilí Dancing
-Solo Singing
-Recitation or story telling
-Instrumental music
-Set Dancing
-Table Quiz
*please note that for all music competitions, the music be Irish songs or tunes.
We feel that the Table Quiz competition is something we could enter, given the strong interest in quizzes in the parish.
If you are interested in taking part in Scór Sinsir in one of these events,

Envelopes are available to the community in Meade’s shop, Creeds shop, the Co-Op, The Hill bar, Fogarty’s bar, the Welcome Inn or any committee member.
