Well done to our u11 footballers who were in Mungret for a county blitz. They topped their group by beating Mungret, Monaleen and Feohanagh/ Castlemahon. The girls were through to a semi final against Pallasgreen. Playing lovely team football they won the semi final and were onto the Cup final against Knockainey. It was a very close final with the lead changing several times. However, the girls were to run out of time and the whistle was blown with Knockainey winning by 2 pts. A huge well done to the whole team, who put in a superb effort from start to finish. Well done to the girls and management led by Barry Toomey and Paul Doherty.
