ST PATRICK’S GAA CLUB NOTES

U13 Hurling:
St Patrick’s U13 team played a strong Knockainey side on Monday night. The format in this Championship has three teams in each group.St Patrick’s will play Dromin/Athlacca in their second and final game.

U12 Girls Football:
Our U12s were in action at home against Feohanagh/ Castlemahon in the championship semi final. The sizeable crowd were treated to an exceptional game of football. Both sides turned on the style and it was end to end stuff. The girls were trailing six points to two at half time. However an early second half goal followed by a quick point saw they girls right back in contention. The girls put in a huge effort but the final score was 1 10 to 2 4 to the opposition. Well done to Barry & Paul and the whole squad of twenty plus girls. Roll on the shield final.

Aoibh Hayes:
Huge Congratulations to our own Aoibh Hayes and all her Limerick U14 team mates who received their All Ireland winning medals in the Woodlands hotel. Massive well done from all in the club.

Junior Football:
A fine win on Tuesday night against Mungret has seen us qualify for the City final against the winners of Na Piarsaigh and Mungret to be played next week. Well done to all on a great performance.
