Senior Hurling
Our senior hurlers went down to Dromin/Athlacca in their opening league game on Saturday evening on a scoreline of 4-10 to 1-11.
Junior Hurling
We travelled to Fedamore on Sunday evening and recorded our second league win of the season. Playing into the wind in the opening half we kept within touching distance of Fedamore and trailed at the break by three points 0-8 to 0-5. With the wind at our backs for the second half we were soon level and pushed on to win in the end on a scoreline of 2-17 to 1-10.

Junior Football
We hosted Kilteely in our third league game and went down by two points to a good Kilteely side. This was a close fought game with both sides leading at different times during the game but Kilteely’s experience telling in the end. We have a youthful football side this year with a few experienced lads in the mix they are improving with every outing. Final score 2-07 to 1-12.

Hurling training continues every Thursday evening from 6.45 to to 8pm. All new players are welcome. Well done to our U8’S & U10’S who recently performed admirably in Blitzes in Hospital and Murroe. U10’s play Adare in Dooley Park next Sunday May 19th @ 10.45.
