Hurling and Football Leagues
Our junior hurlers got back to winning ways last week with an impressive win against a game Murroe Boher side. With 6 wins from 7 group games, we have now qualified for the City/East league semi-finals. We await the final round of games to be played before we know who we will meet in the semi-finals.
Leading from the throw in with a good mixture of experience and youth we won on a score line of 2-20 to 0-12.
We wish Ryan Godfrey a speedy recovery from the shoulder injury he picked up during the match.

Our Seniors had a fine win over Doon in the League on Saturday May 21st. Final Score South Liberties 2-16 to Doon 1-14
Our U13 boys had their second win in their football division last Thursday beating Newcastle West 1-02 to 1-00. That is two wins from two now and they sit in second place.
Well done to Morgan Kavanagh and Evan Ryan who represented Limerick at U14 last Saturday against Wexford and came away with a win.
BORD NA Nóg TABLE QUIZ
Many thanks to everyone that came and supported our Table Quiz last Friday May 22nd. It was an enormous success and a great family and community event. Our appreciation to all of our sponsors for the raffle on the night and always John Cooney was a brilliant Quiz Master with his mix of questions to suit both adults and kids.
GAA National Club Draw
There is only one week left in the GAA National Club draw. Tickets are only €10 each and can be purchased in Elm Court or contact any member of the club committee.
