Our junior hurlers made the short trip to Mungret on Friday evening and after a hard fought game came out on top with a two point win. Final score Mungret 0-17 Liberties 2-13. Good team performance and with two wins from two we look forward to the visit of Pallasgreen on Tuesday for our next game.

The U15 Hurlers had an impressive performance V Knockainey on April 11th at home winning 5-18 to 2-11. The same group were out in Feile on April 16th. They lost their 1st game but started improving as time went on and won their second match well. But it wasn’t enough for them to progress to the ¼ finals. Well done lads and great prospects for the future for this bunch of lads going forward.
The U13 boys had a long trip to Glin on April 21st for their first football match of the season. Some great football was played by both sides with Liberties coming out as winners by 2-09 to 0-03. Credit due to the younger lads on this panel for their performance and great that management gave every lad loads of game time. A busy schedule ahead for hurling this week V NCW and Ballyagran so best of luck to all.
