St Patrick’s Day Parade:
We were delighted to participate in Friday’s St Patrick’s Day Parade, the kids absolutely loved it. Well done to all those who organised the parade, the serious effort paid off, it was fantastic and well done to all!

Intermediate Footballers
Well done to our Intermediate Footballers who beat Fr Casey’s on Friday in the All County Senior Football League – West Division. The final score was Rathkeale 1-12, Fr Casey’s 0-10. Well done to all the players and management.

Colaiste na Trocaire:
Congratulations to Coláiste na Trócaire, Rathkeale who defeated Lucan CBS to be crowned All Ireland D hurling champions on Thursday. Trailing at halftime, CNT performed fantastically in the second half to pull away from Lucan CBS. A great achievement for all involved from a variety of local clubs but a special mention for our own Ryan Stapleton and David Clancy.

Club Limerick Draw 2023:
With only weeks to go before the kick off of Club Limerick Draw 2023, we are encouraging you to sign up again for the season ahead! Rathkeale GAA Club have enjoyed fantastic success in recent years, with over 80 winners from the Club over the previous 7 years.

There is also an opportunity for Adult Players and Adult Non-Players to pay for their Club Limerick Draw Membership and Club Membership at a rate of €130 online, bringing a saving of €20 for Adult Players. Gaeltacht Scholarships:
One scholarship is available per club to a secondary school pupil, aged under 17 on 1st Jan 2023, who has a club membership number and who has already booked a Gaeltacht course in Chorca Dhuibhne this summer. The successful applicants need to be active club members who participate in Scór na nÓg. Please contact Shivaun O’Connor by email to obtain an application form: oconnor.shivaun@gmail.com. Application forms will need to be completed and returned to Irish Officer by Tues 28th March.

Club Membership Now Due:
Club membership for the 2023 season is now due. Rates for the upcoming season are as follows:
Adult Player – €50
Under-18 Player – €20
Adult Non-Player – €30
Family (2 Adults – 1-6 Children) – €70.
There is also an opportunity for Adult Players and Adult Non-Players to pay for their Club Limerick Draw Membership and Club Membership at a rate of €130 online, bringing a saving of €20 for Adult Players.

If you haven’t registered online previously, you simply just need to create a profile and select Rathkeale GAA as your club. All players must pay their membership prior to taking part in any games or training.
