Rathkeale GAA Club Notes:

Sean Finn Park (Rathkeale) Host Stunning Comeback!:
Heartiest congratulations to the Ladies footballers, with local lady Kate Geary involved, who made a dramatic comeback today to level the scores in Sean Finn Park (The Bog Garden) on a score line of 4-09 to 1-18 against the Leitrim Ladies. This was a great occasion for our local Club of Rathkeale, following the hosting of Limerick V Tipperary in the U20’s men’s Munster Football last week.
Also, a credit to both teams on leaving both dressing rooms spic and span, a sign of two class teams, we will look forward to hosting you both again. Sincere thank you to all our Club volunteers today for your great efforts in stewarding, scoreboard officiating, pitch preparation and car park direction, without you the game would not have been possible. Also special thanks to Bloomers Catering on providing refreshments, ABP and Tyrestop on providing additional car parking space. Finally a big shout out to Ava and Elizabeth who performed a wonderful job on scoreboard duties, it wasn’t the easiest of scores to keep track of, well done to you both!
