Congratulations to Niall Sheahan
Well done to Rathkeale GAA and Salesian Agricultural College Pallaskenry student Niall Sheahan, on winning the Puc Fada competition recently in the agricultural colleges hurling competition in Toomevara GAA. Niall was presented with his trophy by college teacher and Chairman of the Agricultural Colleges GAA Shane Ryan.
This was in fact a double for Niall who also lined out for the college who were recent winners of the All Ireland Football Colleges Final, well done in what is a super achievement for Niall.
71st Annual Christmas Draw
Only days remaining before the Rathkeale GAA Club 71st Annual Christmas Draw will take place.
This is a very important fundraiser for the club which wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of all those that support the draw.
Please return both your tickets and monies over the next few days to any committee member or player. Remember, if you’re not in, you can’t win!
The draw will be held in The Bog Garden on Saturday, we will announce the kick off time in the coming days!
Club Limerick Draw Winners
Congratulations to a number of our local winners being presented with their cheques recently for the Club Limerick Draw. As we build up to Christmas there is no better time to have some cash in the back pocket!
Paul White, all the way from Dubai, who was the winner of €1,000 in the November Draw. We also have Rose English, being presented with her cheque for €250 by Tom White for the October Draw, while Ciss Breen, was the winner of €500 in the same draw. Well done also to recent winners, Kieran and Cathal Noonan, who won €100 in the December Draw.
That brings an end to the Club Limerick Draw 2022 for the year. We had no winner of the top prize, however we were well represented throughout the year claiming many prizes. Well done to the White family in particular who cleaned up throughout the year! We’d like to thank all our members who once again joined the draw, your support is invaluable and we hope that we will have you on board again in 2023.
