Junior Girls Reach Co Final:
Congratulations to the Junior ladies football team who have reached the county following a two point victory over St Senan’s in Croom last Saturday afternoon. In a tight affair Pallasgreen came out top by 2-4 to 1-5.Team; Leah Butler, Lisa McGuinness, Ciara McNamara,Katlin Ryan, Aine Dillon, Aine Looby, Aoibhe Rodahan, Niamh Mulcahy, Sarah Dillon, Grace Leadan, Eabha Hourigan, Sinead McGuinness, Clidhona Ryan, Caoimhe Butler, Roisin McCarthy. Subs; Roisin O’Connell, Aoife Connolly, Ella Connolly, Lauren Franklin, Hannah Dillon.
The final will be against Croom on Sunday October 22nd, venue and time to be announced.
U17 Hurlers Bow Out of the Championship:
Following a great victory over South Liberties/Crecora Manister 2-20 to 0-6 earlier in the week, The U17 hurlers with their Kilteely- Dromkeen team mates made the long journey to Templeglantine last Sunday morning to take on the home side. Not alone was the journey a tough one but also their opponents who proved too good on the morning and ran out convincing winners 3-15 to 0-6.
