Inter-County Action:
Brian Fanning and Aaron O’Sullivan were members of the Limerick senior football team who put up a brave battle with Clare only to be beaten by 1-9 to 0-9. Tadgh Hourigan was on the Limerick U20 football team that lost to Cork 2-14 to 0-6 in the Munster championship in Cork. Padraic Phelan played on the Limerick Minor football team that defeated Clare 4-6 to 0-15 in Milltown Malbay.
Intermediate Football League:
In the South East Intermediate Football league Croom and Pallas finished all square on scoreline of 1-7 to 0-10 in Croom.
Junior B Football: The Junior B footballers suffered a 4-14 to 0-4 Loss to Oola last weekend.
Primary Schools Game:
Congratulations to Sean McNamara, Barna NS who played in the half time primary schools game last Sunday during the Limerick Vs Waterford Hurling Championship. Congratulations also to Paraic Bourke, Cloverfield who played in the halftime Primary game last Saturday evening during the Limerick Vs Clare football championship.
