GOLF CLASSIC: Pallasgreen GAA Club will hold a Golf Classic on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th of August at Ballykisteen Golf Club. Fabulous prizes , including fourballs at some of Ireland’s leading golf courses including Fota Island, Tralee, The Island and many more. Format is; Champagne Scramble. MUNSTER CHAMPIONS L Limerick Senior Hurlers were crowned Munste Senior Hurling Champions for the third year in a row when thwy staged a second half comeback to defeat Tipperary by 2.29 to 2.21 (aftertraing at the interval 2.16 to 0.12.
