Friday January 2nd 2026 Breda McGuinness will be awarded an East Limerick Gaels Award for her outstanding service and commitment to the Pallasgreen LGFA over the past decade. It’s an award well deserved, from 2015 to 2024, Breda served as the club’s secretary, proving herself to be an exceptionally hardworking, organised, and deeply respected administrator. Her influence didn’t stop there she continues to play a vital role in the club as PRO and Registrar. Under her stewardship, the club has grown from a modest 18 playing members to an incredible 186 players today, a testament to her commitment, vision, and relentless drive.
